ROLL-OFF DRIVER JOB DESCRIPTION
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- U.S. Citizen or possess proper documents to work in U.S.
- Possess a valid PA Driver’s License with upgrade to CDL B or A.
- Attained age of 21, or older to cross state lines, otherwise minimum age is 18..
- Possess GED or High School Diploma minimum.
- Must pass Criminal and Driving Background Investigations
PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT & DRUG SCREEN:
Must possess a current DOT physical assessment card; and a drug screen will be scheduled by management prior to employment.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Roll-Off Drivers are responsible for the pick-up of scrap metals and recyclables from large, high volume construction customers, as well as from residential and other commercial customers, and delivery to mills and other scrap processors in a timely manner while operating various tandem or tri-axle vehicles equipped with roll-off hoists.
